We're a small game store, not a data company. This page explains what information this site collects, why, and what you can do about it. Short version: we collect what's needed to run the store, we never sell your data, and you can ask us to delete it any time.

What we collect

Contact form: your name, email address, and message — so we can reply. Messages are stored securely and forwarded to our support inbox.
Newsletter signup: your email address, so we can send you store news. Only if you ask.
Account: your email address if you create one, handled by our authentication provider.
Orders: your name, email, shipping address, and what you bought — everything needed to get your games to your door.
Payments: processed by PayPal. Your full card number never touches our servers.
Address checks: when you calculate shipping, the address you enter is validated through Google's address service.

How we use it

To fulfill and ship your orders, and sort out any issues with them.
To reply to your messages.
To send newsletters and offers — only to addresses that signed up, and every email has an unsubscribe.
To keep the store running safely: rate limiting, fraud prevention, and fixing bugs.

Who else sees it

A short list, and only what's needed for each job:

PayPal — processes your payment.
Google — validates shipping addresses.
Supabase — hosts our database and authentication.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Ever.

Cookies and local storage

Your cart contents and login session live in your own browser's local storage — not on our servers. We don't run third-party advertising trackers on this site.

Your rights

Want to see what we have on you, correct it, or have it deleted? Email support@gatorgaming.org and we'll take care of it. Newsletter unsubscribes are instant via the link in any email.
